Nowadays we find lots of conflicts are growing everywhere - say, in between India & its arch-rival Pakistan, between various Wings of Indian Central Government & State Governments, within Governors & Chief Ministers of various States in India, amongst the work/football/ cricket teams, even among the members of individual families.

Introduction: But being an individual common man we have no control over these issues but in the matters exclusively related to individuals, a lot of thoughts may now be initiated at this backdrop and simply that prompted me to come forward with this article on Interpersonal Skills' Developments.

Interpersonal skills are the life skills that we use every day to communicate and interact with other people, both individually and when in groups. People who have worked on developing strong interpersonal skills are usually more successful in both their professional and personal life. Employers often seek to hire staff with 'strong interpersonal skills' - they want people who will work well in a team and are also able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and clients. Interpersonal skills are not just important in the workplace, our individual/personal and social/ communal lives can also benefit from better interpersonal skills.

What is expected in a matured, highly successful & high positioned professional?
