The Opening plenary started with Ravi Bawiskar (IAF India Pune Hub Lead) welcoming all the delegates. V Narasimhan, (IAF India Chair) then spoke about the journey of IAF India Conferences and the uniqueness of this Conference. Shalaka Gundi (IAF India Pune Hub Co-Lead and the Conference Co-Chair) spoke about the various ways in which the Conference theme - Facilitation: Engaging Minds and Hearts was experienced by the delegates and the 4 pillars on which the entire Conference was designed, namely- Facilitation, Experience, Community and Eco-Friendly.
