The brown earth, at times red, the blue sea, the starry sky, the power of the moon and the joyful days continue to seduce us with each passing day. As does our delight with every issue of V&G that is published. We’re still in love. With the land and with the people. We paint the horizons in so many colours on our pages. And it is with colour that each work by Angolan artist Bolondo Mbongo fills our souls. It is with colour that we present the exquisiteness of different places, such as Egypt, Six Senses Uluwatu Bali, Valverde Santar Relais & Châteaux, Stuttgart and the Aro Ha Wellness Retreat. And it is the green of the grass that colours the stunning scenery whenever we play golf – a sport that is on the rise in the country and which is currently in the hands of Almir Soares as the president of the Angolan Golf Federation. We continue to experience the scents, flavours, sounds and colours of Angola. That’s why we tattoo our pages with stories. And we ascribe meaning to what moves us. And we try to bring you, dear reader, the scent and the colours of life.
