As the legendary architect, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe once quoted, "We should attempt to bring, nature, houses and human beings together in a higher unity." Focusing on this, our issue this month is more about ‘Living with Nature.’ Nature brings serendipity to a lifestyle. And when it is amalgamated with elegance and flamboyance, it creates an arena of comfortable living. Need be a farmhouse or a residence or even an office, the common thread between all is a congenial space. The artistic sensibilities, the functional notions, and the history of the space play a combined role in the effort of space design.

In this issue, we were looking beyond sartorial influencers, to applaud those whose work and ideas are creating different experiences. We sourced the genre of design, lifestyle, wellness, and décor to find people working exponentially towards creating a better living. Our collection ranges from a weekend gateway from the hustle of urban life to connect or reclaim the spirits of nature and enjoy the landscape surrounded by the chirping of birds. Ar. Jinal Patel of VPA brings to life this pursuit for leisure for the clients to relax and be close to nature. Whereas, Ar. Hiren Patel of HPA, who promotes outdoor living, has created an agglomeration of contemporary built form into an environmental setting. 'Shukla Villa' home in the countryside by Ar. Yatin Pandya. Focusing mainly on the experiential journey of the residents, this beautiful 'American suburban living' inspired home, is sitting amidst the green-scape.
