It’s raining MPVs and how. We take a look at what this segment offers starting from the new entries, the new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and the Mahindra Marazzo, as well as, of course, the undisputed king, the Innova Crysta. We also go ‘Back to the Future’ and drive in with the soon to be launched, Kia Carnival. These people carriers have certainly come a long way as they now are fully loaded with comfort and safety features, apart from being practical as ever.

A new year means a slew of new cars and motorcycles. We line up 23 upcoming cars kicking off with the affordable compact range with the Ford Figo face-lift, to the smoking hot Volkswagen Polo GTI, moving on to larger cars, the much awaited new Honda Civic also features in the story, and in the SUV segment we have cars such as the sub-4 metre Hyundai SUV, the MG Hector and Kia Trazor. For all die-hard bikers, we have also featured eight new motorcycles like the Hero XPulse, the naked Honda CB300R, the Benelli TRK 502 and the heavyweight BMW S 1000 RR.

The ADV motorcycle segment is on a rise and what better way to experience these bikes than with the pioneer in this field, BMW Motorrad, with the GS family — the F850 GS, the F 750 GS and the baby G 310 GS. We decided to explore the trails less travelled near the capital of Uttarakhand, Dehradun, and push the limits of these bikes and discover why hardcore riders swear by BMW GS range.
