In the June issue we mark the 100th anniversary of the opening of the original Wembley Stadium by considering its resonance in philately, including not one, not two, but three iconic British stamp issues centred on events it hosted. We also investigate the appeal of a distinctive French issue, the definitive series of 1923-32 portraying the scientist Louis Pasteur.
