This November, GLITZ architecture & interiors proudly presents its Design Honour 2025 Special Issue, celebrating an evening that shone with creativity, craft, and collective purpose. The GLITZ Design Honour 2025 was not merely an award ceremony, it was a gathering of visionaries, educators, and enthusiasts united by a shared belief in the power of design to shape resilient, meaningful places. From architecture and interiors to landscape design, the evening honoured practitioners whose works reflect thought, precision, and purpose. A special moment of pride was the Lifetime Achievement Honour bestowed upon Rajiv Chadda of Chadda & Associates, Ranchi, for over four decades of redefining Jharkhand’s urban fabric through architecture that bridges people, place, and purpose. Equally inspiring was the GLITZ Built Environment Leadership Award, presented to Bishnu Agarwal of Kushal Group, whose sustained contribution to development and built-form excellence continues to elevate the architectural landscape of Ranchi and beyond. Every project featured in this special issue- from mindful homes and transformative workplaces to landscapes that heal- reaffirms what the Design Honour stands for: creativity anchored in context, and design that makes a difference. As we celebrate the winners and honourees, we also celebrate the evolving story of Indian design- one that is as much about people and purpose as it is about form and innovation.
