Two years on from Matthew Perry's tragic death, the beloved actor's absence is still felt strongly by the Friends he left behind. But for co-star Matt LeBlanc, losing his buddy was a bittersweet experience as it shifted his outlook on life - for the better.

Once seen as the more reclusive, standoffish one of the famously close cast, insiders say the actor, 58, has been "a kinder, gentler version of himself" since Matthew died in October 2023.

"Matt was always a bit of an outsider in that group," a source says.
