AIR FRYERSMOKED SALMONPOTATO BITES

SERVES 6-8 PREP 15 MINSCOOK 20 MINS

• 12 washed white baby potatoes

• 200g tub chive and onion dip

• 150g hot smoked salmon, flaked into pieces

• 1 tbsp baby capers, drained

1 Cut a cross 5mm deep into the top of each potato.

Place potatoes in air fryer basket. Spray well with cooking oil. Season with sea salt flakes and pepper.

2 Air fry on 180°C for 20 mins until potatoes are tender and crisp. Carefully remove potatoes from basket. Using the back of a spoon, gently push down on the top of each potato to flatten slightly.
