The last few years have seen a complete transformation from Alison Hammond. Not only has she dropped an incredible 11st since she was at her biggest, but she's also had a style makeover too - wearing fitted dresses and skirts, revamping her makeup and has even bagged herself a new man in toy boy David Putman, thought to be 28.

And while she has been questioned about whether she has done it naturally or taken to skinny jabs to drop the dress sizes, she has credited it solely to healthy living. And now, the secrets of exactly how she achieved her incredible change have been revealed. In a video on Instagram, she paid tribute to personal trainer Ellis Gatfield, writing, 'Massive thank you to the incredible Ellis Gatfield who started my whole fitness journey. I will never forget the time you put into me and how gentle and kind you was when I was struggling. You have made my life so much easier by simple changes and kindness I will never forget.

'You never looked down on me and this I will always be grateful for. So happy you still check in on me and push me and make me accountable.'
