Eamonn's diamond ring surprise FOR KATIE

Eamonn Holmes is apparently pulling out all the stops to keep his girlfriend happy
-
After reports surfaced recently that Eamonn Holmes and girlfriend Katie Alexander have hit a 'rocky patch' following him backing out of buying her a £550,000 home in West Yorkshire, insiders say he's splashing out on a flashy diamond 'commitment ring' to prove he's still serious about her.
The couple got together just over a year ago, following 65-year-old Eamonn's acrimonious split from Ruth Langsford after 14 years of marriage - and pals say the gift could be the first step towards the pair becoming officially engaged.
Lavish display
A source says, 'Eamonn doesn't want to lose Katie - he completely dotes on her and he wants a future with the two of them together. He knows things haven't been perfect recently and he doesn't want her to start distancing herself from him.
He's told pals he'd like to get her a diamond commitment ring to show that he's in it for the long haul. Eamonn knows deep down Katie wants to settle down and get engaged but he's not ready for that yet - he's still going through his divorce from Ruth.
'Eamonn sees this as a happy medium. He wants to surprise her with it and also make a fuss over her as they've just celebrated their first year together. He's still besotted.'

ASK US ANYTHING
I'm single, and for ages I've had difficulty around sex with new partners. At first, I was just uncomfortable with penetration, but now it's painful, and I sometimes bleed. My best friend has been really great, encouraging me to relax and try different positions. But none of that's helping, and now she's saying I should see a doctor. But do I really need to? I'd rather sort this out for myself.
