Royal women unite A VICTORY FOR THE VICTIMS

In the frenzy of Andrew's fallout, the trio never forgot those affected by the abuse
It's a vital message the King and Queen want the world to know. When Buckingham Palace released the statement announcing the King was stripping his brother Andrew of his title of Prince – and his Windsor home – it included a crucial final sentence.
“Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse,” it read.
It's very telling that as the royals responded to the scandal brought about by Andrew's association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and the allegations of sexual abuse made against him by the late Virginia Giuffre, Charles and Camilla made a point of remembering the survivors often forgotten in all the drama.
While the King, 76, would have undoubtedly wanted to make mention of those who've endured terrible trauma, it was most likely the Queen, 78, who pushed for those words to be used.
