As Natariki rises, we're invited to reflect, release and set intentions for the path ahead. This season of renewal turns our gaze not just to the stars, but inward. Life coach Tracy Manu (Te Roroa, Ngap uhi) explains how healing begins with the relationship we have with ourselves

Power to change HEALING STARTS WITH YOU

One day while chatting with a dear friend, she mentioned a book she thought I would enjoy. She handed it to me and I read the title – You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. I was intrigued and began to read it that night. From the first page, I was captivated by its simple wisdom. It all made so much sense – the way I felt about myself would directly impact my satisfaction, confidence and world view. I had believed I needed my partner, job, friends and family to make me happy, yet reading this book helped me realise I had the power to change my life and my relationship with myself was impacting every relationship I experienced. My sense of worth, goals and expectations were impacting how I saw myself. This awareness wasn't a burden – it reminded me that we have the power to change some of our circumstances and we can help uplift the lives of others too.

I discovered self-love and self-acceptance wasn’t a selfish way to live – it was actually empowering, and could also have positive effects in my relationships ses, we're invited to reflect, release and set intentions for the path ahead. newal turns our gaze not just to the stars, but inward. Life coach Tracy Manu uhi) explains how healing begins with the relationship we have with ourselves and create a healthier belief around what I deserved.
