2½ cups (375g) plain flour 2½ teaspoons baking powder 1 tablespoon ground ginger 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground mixed spice pinch of salt 1⅔ cups (370g) caster sugar 10 eggs, beaten lightly 2 tablespoons honey 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 400g butter, melted, cooled, plus extra for greasing 300g white chocolate melts, melted, cooled white sprinkles, to decorate EQUIPMENT 45cm foam cone toothpicks
