What's it like?

Chicago-based designer Kara Mann is behind the attractive interiors of this new hotel, located in a lively business hub in Denver Tech Center (DTC).

An inviting open-plan lobby features a steel reception desk, contemporary suspended fireplace, comfortable sofas and coffee table books to while away the day.

The lobby has a laidback feel, with complimentary tea and coffee served in the morning, while free wine, beer and soft drinks are available during the 'social hour' between 5pm and 6pm. Then again, this is probably covered by the compulsory US$35 amenity fee.
