Trust in the age of Al

Security is no longer about static rules. Al is reshaping trust: dynamic, adaptive, and real-time. From spotting rogue logins at 2 a.m. to taming multi-cloud chaos, the future is clear-Al assists, humans decide. That balance is the real defense
Cybersecurity today is less about firewalls and more about trust. Not the old, static kind but one that adapts in real time. As enterprises juggle legacy systems, multi-cloud environments, and edge workloads, the stakes have never been higher. In a conversation with Arun Meena, Co-Founder and CEO, RHA Technologies, the picture that emerges is clear: AI is rewriting the rules of security, but only when it works hand in hand with human oversight.
From static rules to living trust
Traditional security relied on rigid rules. Once you were in, you stayed trusted. AI changes that. It introduces dynamic, continuous trust scoring. Think of it as a system that never sleeps: watching user behavior, contextual signals, and even time patterns.
For example, a login attempt at 2 a.m. from another continent on an account usually active in Delhi would immediately trigger a response. Maybe two-factor authentication. Maybe an outright block. Trust is no longer permanent; it evolves every second.
Detecting the unseen
AI also excels at surfacing the hidden. By analyzing DNS requests, network patterns, and endpoint behavior, it can detect shadow IT-unapproved apps or file-sharing tools that slip through normal policies. Where static rules might shrug, AI flags and blocks instantly.
This makes security less about reacting after a breach and more about preventing the unnoticed from ever becoming a risk.
