Tresorit has traditionally offered one of the most secure cloud file-sharing services, and its new Engage platform signals a move into the client collaboration space. Available in three plans, it takes Tresorit’s SecureCloud file-sharing service and its zero-knowledge, end-to-end AES-256 encryption and augments it with encrypted data rooms and advanced collaboration functions.

Data rooms allow businesses to construct digital spaces where they can work on projects and securely share them with external clients. Each room can be customised and used to provide unified workflows that include file sharing, task sets and Tresorit’s e-signature service.

The Engage Business plan starts with unlimited data rooms, three room managers, 15 contributors and any number of viewers. The Professional plan is aimed at individuals such as consultants. Both plans are available as 14-day trials, although you'll need to provide card payment details.
