Disinformation seems to be everywhere! Is it really something my business can “manage”?

The honest answer to that is “partly”. Disinformation is a broad idea, and while there are steps you can take to manage many aspects of it, the overall threat is slippery to define and counter. The term generally refers to incorrect information that is knowingly fabricated and spread - as distinct from misinformation, which may simply be mistaken. Intentional or not, though, it can be difficult to trace and respond to, and its impacts can extend both inside and outside of an organisation.

Look, I need practical action here, not philosophical commentary.
