THE CHALLENGE OF TUBERCULOSIS IN THE PHILIPPINES

The World Health Organization (WHO) lists the Philippines among the top five countries contributing to over half of the world's TB cases. The country is also one of ten nations with a "high burden" of TB, highlighting an urgent need for robust detection and treatment strategies.
