As someone who stands at 6 foot 3 inches, finding a car that caters to my height isn’t an easy task.

A SIX-FOOT-THREE GUY DRIVES ONE OF THE SMALLEST EVS AROUND

Over the years, I’ve learned that every vehicle has its quirks, especially when it comes to accommodating taller drivers. This February, I got to drive the MG Comet - a car that, despite its compact name, offers a surprisingly generous experience for someone of my stature. Here are five key observations you need to know if you’re tall and considering the MG Comet.

HEADROOM THAT SURPRISES

One of the primary concerns for taller drivers is headroom, and I’m pleased to report that the MG Comet exceeds expectations in this regard. On bumpy rides and even during sharp turns, I found that there was ample space above, allowing me to drive comfortably without the nagging worry of my head scraping the roof. This unexpected generosity in design means that even during longer journeys or in stop-and-go traffic, you can remain at ease, enjoying a clear, unobstructed driving experience. In a world where many cars seem to compromise headroom for style, the MG Comet stands out as a welcome anomaly.
