Excavator-mounted crusher and screening buckets are helping metro and highway contractors convert debris into IS:383- compliant aggregate without sending waste to distant plants.

Let's turn C&D waste into reusable material on-site

How do your crusher and screener attachments help contractors meet the new onsite recycling rules?

The new C&D Waste Management Rules have changed the ground realities for contractors. Waste is no longer something you dump or haul away. It's now monitored and digitally tracked, and it needs to be recycled back into the same project whenever possible. That shift turns onsite processing from a nice-to-have into a genuine compliance requirement.

This is where our attachments sit naturally. A crusher bucket or screening bucket mounted on an excavator converts waste concrete, excavation spoil, and demolition debris into usable aggregate on the spot. You cut out the 30–60 km haulage to distant C&D plants, avoid tipping fees, and get clean, IS:383-compliant material for GSB, backfilling, or nonstructural use.

For metro projects, tunnels, and highway corridors, the waste stream is consistent and perfect for our technology. And because everything is processed within the project boundary, contractors get a clean chain of documentation for EPR and recycled content mandates. It's a simple equation: onsite processing equals lower cost, lower carbon impact, and complete compliance. Whatever can be recycled onsite is recycled with MB.

How is MB Crusher addressing the growing demand from the equipment rental sector?

The rental sector has become the engine of India's construction market. With 70 percent of equipment now rented, rental companies want solutions that improve utilisation, minimise downtime, and generate new revenue streams from their existing fleets.
