How has Radicon integrated modular designs in your Series K helical bevel motors to cut installation time on large-scale mining conveyors?

In mining, installation time directly affects production loss, so our focus with Series K has been to make the entire drive package as modular as possible.

Over the last few years, we re-engineered the Series K platform so that most sub-assemblies, mounting frames, torque arms, input adapters, and housing interfaces are fully interchangeable.

This means the customer doesn't have to assemble multiple components onsite. The entire drive comes as a pre-aligned modular unit, which significantly reduces installation work, especially on long conveyor lines where hundreds of drives may be deployed. Another advantage is that it cuts dependency on highly skilled labour in remote mining regions. Technicians position the modular assembly, bolt it in place, and connect the input.

This modularity has also improved serviceability. The same modules can be swapped or replaced during maintenance without disturbing the full conveyor setup. Overall, we've seen this approach bring down installation time and improve long-term reliability for mining EPCs.

In what ways do your roloid gear pumps reduce energy loss in fluid systems for cement plants amid rising power costs?

Cement plants are highly energy-intensive, and even secondary systems such as lubrication and cooling can add to the energy burden if inefficient. That's where our roloid gear pumps make a major difference.

The rolling contact principle relies on rolling contact rather than sliding friction. This automatically reduces internal slip and turbulence, so the pump doesn't waste energy fighting backflow. As a result, it delivers a smooth, consistent flow with much lower power input.
