Bordeaux have a point to prove says Coleman

ADAM Coleman believes Saturday’s Champions Cup final in Cardiff between Bordeaux Begles and Northampton will be a meeting of like minds.
The two sides overcame the odds to reach the final, Bordeaux Begles enjoying a statement victory over holders Toulouse the day after Northampton had stunned last season’s beaten finalists Leinster at the Aviva Stadium.
“It was an incredible atmosphere against Toulouse and a great game of rugby,” said Coleman, the Australia second row who moved to France after the collapse of London Irish two years ago.
“The boys were up for it. We started the season with a point to prove after losing heavily to Toulouse in the Top 14 final and going down to Harlequins in the Champions Cup quarter-final at home.
“We had a chip on our shoulder and a sour taste in our mouth. We have responded by reaching our first Champions Cup final and going well in the Top 14.
