CALLUM IS A PAST MASTER!
The Non-League Football Paper
|May 18, 2025
CALLUM REYNOLDS believes Boreham Wood have shown they have the heart and desire teams need in the play-offs - but also knows anything can happen in a final.

Wood host Maidstone United in today’s final on the back of two very different victories. They came from 3-1 down to beat Dorking Wanderers 4-3 in a madcap Eliminator before travelling to fancied Torquay United and coming away with a 1-0 win, inset below.
The 35-year-old defender says Luke Garrard’s side were good value for their win in the south-west that day as a squad brimming with confidence and big game nous showed up in a big way.
"It's an experience and a trust in each other to get the job done," Reynolds told The NLP. "I mean at 3-1 down in an Eliminator against Dorking at home — two own goals as well — I looked at the clock and there was about 15 minutes left. In my head I was thinking, 'Surely this isn’t how the season ends?'. All the effort to get to that point. Thankfully it didn't.
"It was heart, desire and belief — we made it happen. You could say it kind of sums the season up.
