INDIAN ARMY CELEBRATED ITS 75th Army Day on January 15, 2023 in Bengaluru. It was the first time that the Army Day was held outside the National Capital in order to increase the participation of people, especially the youth in ‘Knowing their Army’.

Showcasing the valour and adventurous facets of the Indian Army, a ‘Shaurya Sandhya’ was organised. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh graced the event, which was attended by Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, Chief of the Army Staff General Manoj Pande, Vice Chief of the Army Staff Lt General B.S. Raju, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Command Lt General Ajai Kumar Singh and other senior dignitaries.
