Enchanted Kingdom's iconic Wheel of Fate returns in grand fashion
malaya Business Insight
|March 18, 2026
There was something about seeing the Wheel of Fate again in Enchanted Kingdom (EK) that hit differently, especially since I had grown up loving the ride at the country's premier and only world-class theme park. Standing at the edge of EK's Midway Boardwalk on a warm afternoon, watching the Ferris wheel gondolas catch the light as these turned slowly against the widening blue-and-white sky, I had to remind myself that I was not just there to be transported but to also write a story and earn my paycheck.
Still, for a magical moment as fleeting as a ray of sunlight, I was just another kid in the park once more without a care in the world.
Enchanted Kingdom reintroduced the Wheel of Fate during its soft reopening at the end of February, ahead of its grand reopening celebration on March 21. The timing felt deliberate as if giving a chance for guests to rediscover the ride before all the fanfare and to let the moment speak for itself — and it did in a way that I hadn’t felt in a long while.
