AT least 12 flights were canceled at Siargao Airport on March 10 after adverse weather conditions linked to a Low-Pressure Area disrupted operations, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) reported.

The flight cancellations, affecting several routes to and from Siargao, were caused by unfavorable weather brought by the LPA impacting parts of Mindanao, compounded by the prevailing Northeast Monsoon.
