This week, it’s none other than Geri Halliwell, yes, Ginger Spice herself, who's decided that the iconic 'Girl Power' slogan, the rallying cry of a generation, needs to be made gender-neutral.

Now, let me be clear. I grew up with the Spice Girls.

I saw what that phrase did for women, not just in music, but in politics, business, everyday life.

'Girl Power' gave women permission to be loud, to be bold, to take up space unapologetically.

It wasn’t just a marketing slogan; it was a lifeline.

It told girls everywhere, you are enough.
