Leeds office of commercial agency reaches million-pound milestone

The commercial agency department at Bradley Hall's Leeds office is celebrating a successful period, with over £1.3 million of sales and lettings properties listed to the market in just three months.

The department, led by Agency Surveyor Henry Bowers and Head of Office Paul Andrew, was recently launched to support commercial clients across North and West Yorkshire with sales, lettings and acquisitions.

Since its launch, the department has been instructed on a number of key properties including large industrial units, city centre office spaces and development opportunities, with the value of properties currently on the market totalling over £1million in sales properties and £300,000 in annual rents.
