What began just over two years ago as a residential cleaning service has now evolved into something truly extraordinary. Dean & Co Cleaning Services Ltd, founded by Megan Dean Du Moulin, has not only grown in scale but also in purpose-providing essential cleaning solutions in some of society's most challenging circumstances.

From humble beginnings cleaning homes, the company has expanded its services through the formation of Emergency Cleaning Yorkshire, a dedicated arm focusing on specialist cleaning in delicate, and at times distressing, environments. This includes trauma cleaning following incidents such as suicides or unattended deaths, dealing with drug and needle paraphernalia, flood restoration, and preparing void properties for new tenants.

"Our work is not just about cleaning," says Megan. "It's about restoring dignity to spaces and ensuring safety for the most vulnerable. It's about stepping in when others can't."
