Charity overwhelmed at £10k boost for Mission Christmas toy appeal

Thousands of children across West Yorkshire are set to wake up to smiles this Christmas after a charity received a major festive boost from a £10,000 donation.
Cash for Kids, a children's charity based here in Leeds, has received a huge boost this festive period after it was awarded £10,000 from Persimmon Homes' Charitable Foundation.
The donation is supporting the annual Mission Christmas campaign, which is backed by the Yorkshire Evening Post, to ensure that thousands of toys go to disadvantaged children across Leeds and the whole of West Yorkshire.
