In a significant step towards restoring the sanctity and infrastructure of the historic Shri Kali Devi Temple in Patiala, Punjab Cabinet Ministers’ including, Hardeep Singh Mundian and Dr. Balbir Singh along with MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli, today inaugurated a ?70 lakh project to lay a new water pipeline that will refill the sacred sarovar after nearly three decades.
While speaking on the occasion, the ministers and the MLA announced that fresh water would reach the tank within two months, fulfilling a long-standing demand of the devotees.
