Tributes to respected former lifeboatman

TRIBUTES have been paid to a respected and well-loved lifeboat man who passed away recently.

Nigel Ault was an important member of the community in Sennen, Cornwall, earning his living as a fisherman and electrician.

For years, Nigel was also a valued member of the RNLI Lifeboat station. He joined the RNLI in the 1990s. His first service launch was on April 8, 1997, when the Mersey class lifeboat 'The Four Boys' launched to assist a person cut off by the tide at Land's End.
