A WESTCOUNTRY MP has spoken out against Government plans to scrap agricultural property tax relief for farmers.

The call by Richard Foord, Liberal Democrat MP for Honiton and Sidmouth, comes ahead of a vote on the Finance Bill next Tuesday, December 16, which will serve to implement measures contained in the Government's Budget.
