Anniversary for Devon housing association
Western Morning News
|April 10, 2025
A NORTH Devon housing association is celebrating a quarter of a century of providing affordable homes, having played a crucial role in the Westcountry region's social housing sector since the turn of the millennium.
-
North Devon Homes, which took over North Devon Council's social housing stock in February 2000, has since grown into a registered charity managing more than 3,300 homes and supporting over 10,000 residents. The organisation now houses more than one in 10 people across the area.
North Devon Homes chief executive Martyn Gimber said: "As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we've been reflecting on our journey and the positive impact we've had as a housing provider and community landlord.
