THE One Show's Alex Jones has been a staple on our TV for years, and in some ways we feel like we really know everything about her.

In the last 10 years, the presenter married her husband, Charlie Thomson and they've had three children together.
Although, Alex, from Ammanford, has admitted on Jamie Laing's Great Company podcast that she didn't expect her life to pan out how it has, she explained that she is glad that she had her children in her 40s, as she wanted to find love like her parents, who have been married for 50 years.
When Jamie said that the TV presenter had children later in life, she joked she was a "dinosaur" and "like a T-Rex giving birth."
