City extended their lead at the top of League One to four points with this draw.But boss Brian Barry-Murphy left the BetWright Stadium believing it could have been more.
“We looked pretty dangerous in the first half when we got the ball forward quickly, and you saw us get in behind Leyton Orient's last line pretty effectively and dangerously,” he said.
“But we took some unnecessary risks - that was evident with the goal itself.”
