|September 04, 2025
A HOUSEBUILDER and renovation contracting company has secured a six-figure investment to support its growth plans.
Swansea-based Green’s Construction offers construction and renovation services to customers in the Swansea and Gower area.
Established in 2010, it has expanded into the joinery market, designing and producing handcrafted kitchens, storage solutions and furniture. It recently opened a new factory and showroom in Mumbles exhibiting a range of kitchens and furniture.
It has secured a loan from the British Business Bank's £130m Investment Fund for Wales. The large debt element - ranging from £100,000 to £2m - of the fund is managed on behalf of the UK Government's economic development bank by the subsidiary of the Development Bank of Wales, FW Capital.
