NEWPORT County manager Christian Fuchs insists he still believes his players have the character and the quality to avoid relegation, despite Saturday's thumping at Colchester United.

“I think the boys didn’t come out the right way,’ said the Exiles boss.
“We were way too passive, way too stretched.
“We were just waiting for them to attack us. And, again, there were a lot of individual errors, technical mistakes that became too much at some point and that’s how we conceded the goals.
