County aim to quickly bounce back from their New Year's Day defeat at leaders Bromley by climbing out of the League Two relegation zone tomorrow.County know that a victory over Tranmere Rovers at Rodney Parade would see them move out of the bottom two if Shrewsbury Town fail to win at Salford City or Crawley Town are beaten at Cheltenham Town.
And, despite the 2-1 defeat at Bromley, Christian Fuchs believes his side can still build on the momentum gained by the 2-0 home win over Crewe Alexandra on December 29 with the help of the Rodney Parade faithful.
