May 29, 2025

SOMERSET Academy wicket-keeper/batter Thomas Rew has signed a short-term contract.

This will make him available to be considered for selection across all cricket for Somerset CCC from May 21-June 26.

The 17-year-old King’s College student, who worked his way onto the Somerset Academy via the Somerset Emerging Player Programme, made his Second XI debut for the club in 2023 and has gone on to represent England Under-19s.

Rew was recently named in the PCC Select XI for their match against Zimbabwe where he scored an unbeaten century in the second innings.
