Seagulls soar up to second with victory

WESTON-SUPER-MARE won for the fourth National League South match in succession to move up to second place in the early-season table.
Louis Britton, a Sam Graham own goal and Sam Pearson gave the Seagulls an impressive 3-0 victory over former EFL outfit Dagenham & Redbridge.
Britton made the breakthrough from the penalty spot just after the hour mark, Graham headed past his own goalkeeper ten minutes later, and Pearson, below, sealed the points for Weston four minutes from time.
The Seagulls trail table-toppers Hornchurch by three points after the Londoners eased to a 3-0 home win over Chippenham.
