Carnival may be town’s final one

SOMERSET carnivals continue this weekend as they roll into Frome.

The procession, which dates back nearly 100 years, will see carts and walkers parade through the town from 7pm tonight.
But organisers have warned this year’s carnival could be the town’s last unless more funding is acquired.
