Warm Space to help in colder months

Wells Journal

February 05, 2026

THE Art Bank Café is delighted to announce funding from Somerset Community Foundation as part of this winter's Surviving Winter campaign, allowing them to introduce their Warm Space, Hot Soup initiative - offering even longer opening hours, hot food, and a safe, welcoming space for everyone in the community throughout the colder months.

Starting in December, they now open from 10am to 5pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, while Saturday hours remain the same - 10am to 3pm. So whether you need somewhere to pop in after the school run, want a cosy spot to warm up on your way home, or just fancy a chat, their doors are open to all.
