Wireless and Consumer Businesses Boost Revenue for AT&T

AT&T shares jumped Wednesday as the telecommunications company reported increases in revenue from its wireless and consumer businesses.

The company posted a profit of $4.16 billion, or 53 cents a share, in the most recently ended quarter, compared with $4.41 billion, or 56 cents a share, a year earlier.
