Three Detainees Escape From Atlanta-Area Jail

A manhunt was under way in Georgia for three detainees, including a man convicted of murder, who escaped from an Atlanta-area jail Monday.

Authorities discovered during a routine security check that Stevenson Charles, Yusuf Minor and Naod Yohannes were missing from the DeKalb County Jail, the county’s sheriff’s office said Monday. The jail is in Decatur, Ga.
