New Three Lions boss Tuchel: Jude's a leader, but must learn to manage emotions & energy... that's my task!

- BY SIMON MULLOCK

TIME TO RING THE BELL...

THOMAS TUCHEL aims to channel Jude Bellingham's emotions in a bid to make him England's main man.

Bellingham’ passions can sometimes get the better of him - and Tuchel also feels that the Real Madrid midfielder is so desperate to be at his very best that he often takes too much responsibility on his young shoulders.

But the Three Lions boss has made it clear that it took the 21-year-old just 90 minutes against Albania on Friday night to show that he’s a player the German coach can build his team around as he looks to plot a qualifying route to next year’s World Cup.

Tuchel said: “Jude is a key player for us - and will be a key player for us.

“He is always happy to take the responsibility, but he’s a team player who is absolutely open to give everything for the team.
