Over-40s get fit to fend off crisis

THE midlife crisis is an outdated myth and the midlife "glow-up" is in, according to a survey.

Some 57% of folk aged 40 to 59 reckon a crisis at their age is old-fashioned, with 53% citing buying a sports car and 34% saying having an affair are outmoded cliches.
