DANIEL FARKE has dismissed the idea that Leeds strikers Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha are lacking in confidence in front of goal.

The two summer signings have both scored one goal this season and with Calvert-Lewin a doubt for today's game at Nottingham Forest, Nmecha could be given the nod.

Neither player has found the net since September but Farke says this has not dented their confidence.

“I don't think Dominic is too down because he hasn't scored in the last few games,” he said. “I think he is a confident boy anyway.

“I also don't think Lukas is struggling too much in terms of confidence - he's even a bit more angry, like Joel Piroe, because they would like to play a few more minutes.”
