MILEY Cyrus loves the fact her dad Billy Ray has given his Achy Breaky Heart to Elizabeth Hurley, and that her mum is in a good place.

The blossoming romance between country singer Billy Ray, 64, and model Liz, 60, appeared to be blooming at Wednesday's National Television Awards, five months after the couple first went public with their relationship.

Liz dazzled in a plunging silver dress while Billy Ray looked every inch the rock star in an all-black outfit.

Billy Ray divorced Miley's mum Tish in 2022 after almost 30 years of marriage. Tish then married Prison Break star Dominic Purcell.

Wrecking Ball singer Miley, 32, said: "When you are younger, I think you just view your parents as Mom and Dad rather than individuals with feelings, with faults, with their own story.
